Lukas Baumgärtner advises foreign investors on all aspects of corporate law, in particular the structuring of investments corporate compliance.

Lukas Baumgärtner studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz (Germany) and the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom) and completed his studies with a Magister Juris Degree and the first legal state exam. Lukas Baumgärtner obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Glasgow in the area of Corporate & Financial Law. He was admitted the German Bar and joined Luther in 2020.
