Areas of practice

Frederike Peters provides legal project management services and helps clients innovate the design of their process landscapes. Her particular focus is on advising projects in the health care and life science, real estate and infrastructure sectors. As part of Luther’s public procurement law team, she specialises in managing complex public procurement matters. Frederike Peters assists Dr Stefan Mager by coordinating and administrating the Luther practice group Public Procurement Law.

Vita

Frederike Peters studied law at the University of Augsburg and at Humboldt University in Berlin (both Germany), specialising in civil law and legal advice. Whilst at university, she worked in a white-collar crime boutique in Berlin. After passing her first law exam, Frederike Peters initially worked as a research assistant in a Potsdam-based medium-sized law firm that specialised in public law and then gained experience working as an employee in business and law in a collecting society. Frederike Peters joined Luther’s Berlin office as a senior consultant in 2022, having most recently worked at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, first as a project manager for the Chief Medical Officer and then as a legal expert for the faculty’s contract management.
