Dr. Daniel Krauspenhaar is a Partner at Luther’s Luxembourg office and key contact for Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments.

He advises domestic, international, and particularly German speaking clients on investment fund related matters. His advice ranges from the corporate and regulatory aspects of fund structuring and set up to the distribution and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated vehicles.

Daniel has also experience in handling financial transactions and regulatory banking matters.

Daniel Krauspenhaar studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and completed his legal traineeship in Munich and Washington, D.C. He also obtained a doctorate degree (Dr. jur.) from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He was admitted to the Bar Association in Germany in 2011 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2015.

 

Prior to joining Luther in 2020, Daniel worked for renowned international and independent law firms in Luxembourg and Germany.
