Promotion at Luther Luxembourg: Raphaël Schindler appointed as Partner

Beginning his career at Luther as a Senior Associate in 2020, followed by his promotion to Counsel in 2024 and now, as a Partner, Raphaël’s progression is a testament to his unwavering dedication to excellence, as demonstrated through ongoing positive client feedback, showcasing his ability to provide tailored solutions while maintaining strong, productive client connections.

Raphaël has been spearheading the Employment practice since 2024. His expertise covers the full spectrum of Luxembourg employment law matters, and his ability to anticipate legal issues makes him a trusted advisor to clients across industries.
Raphaël also contributes to the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, advising clients on various commercial litigation matters. He has a specific expertise in legal disputes related to directors' and officers' (“D&O”) liability insurance contracts. He has been praised for his systematic approach to case management, ensuring efficient processes and clear communication with clients.

Raphaël holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (DJCE) from the University of Strasbourg. Prior to joining Luther, he gained valuable experience at several prestigious international law firms in Luxembourg, Strasbourg, and Baden-Baden.
