Luther advises Real I.S. on sale of an office building in Essen

The Real I.S. has sold an approximately 11,100 sqm office building in Essen from its "Bayernfonds Essen Holle-Karree", a fund for private customers. The issuing house was advised on the transaction by the Real Estate team of law firm Luther.

The office building in Hollestraße 7b is part of the Holle-Karee in Essen. The Holle-Karree was built in 1995 and is within walking distance of the main railway station and the pedestrian precinct in Essen. The 15-storey office tower is fully let.

The buyer of the centrally located property is Dr Koerfer GmbH & Co. KG, a company from Cologne. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
