Luxembourg, 25.02.2025 – Luther is pleased to announce the promotion of 5 lawyers in financial year 2025/2026.
Marion Lanne has been promoted as Counsel within the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice.
Marion joined Luther in 2020 and advises on wide range of banking, finance and capital markets matters. She has also gained sound experience in insurance and regulatory matters. She holds a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law and Common Law from the University of Lorraine, France.
Georgios Patsinaridis has been promoted as Senior Associate within the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice.
Georgios joined Luther in 2022 and advises clients on a diverse range of banking, finance, and capital markets matters. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow, UK, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.
Hajar Assebbane has been promoted as Senior Associate within the Corporate/M&A practice.
Hajar joined Luther in 2023 and focuses on assisting and advising local and international clients on local and cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects, real estate transactions, financing and refinancing projects. She holds a Master’s degree (Master I) in private law (civil law and procedure) from the University of Metz.
Stefanie Samosny has been promoted as Senior Associate within the Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments practice.
Stefanie joined Luther in 2022 and advises clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of fund structuring, fund set-up and the ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated vehicles. She studied law at the University of Trier and completed her legal clerkship in the district court of Bonn. She spent part of her legal traineeship at renowned law firms in Cologne and Melbourne.
Capucine Falgareiro Douchet has been promoted as Managing Associate within the Dispute Resolution practice.Capucine joined Luther in 2023 and advises local and international clients on civil, commercial and administrative litigations cases. She obtained a Master’s Degree in international and cross-border law from the University of Strasbourg. She holds a LL.M. degree in european and
comparative law from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and from the University of Basel (Switzerland).
