Luther Advises on Sale of Matrix POS

Everfield, a long-term investor and growth accelerator for European B2B software companies, has acquired Matrix POS from IT service provider 42 GmbH. Luther’s deal team, led by private equity partner Andreas Vath, comprehensively advised and supported 42 GmbH throughout the sale.

Background

Matrix POS is a leading suite of point-of-sale, payment, and HR solutions for restaurants, hotels, franchises, corporate canteens, and theme parks in the DACH region. Going forward, Matrix POS will operate as an independent company under Everfield, with 55 employees based in Hanover (Lower Saxony).
