Luxemburg, 14.02.2024 – Luther is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Krauspenhaar as a Partner in our office in Luxembourg.
Daniel has been a member of Luther's Investment Fund practice since April 2020.
For the past four years, Daniel has been at the forefront, spearheading intricate structuring processes for regulated and alternative investment structures on behalf of key German and international market players. He is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of expertise, in particular, in the corporate and regulatory facets of fund structuring, extending from the initial setup to the distribution and ongoing operations of both regulated and unregulated vehicles.
Daniel is recognized for delivering high-quality, bespoke legal services and has garnered consistent positive feedback from clients. His commitment lies in providing practical and effective solutions, underpinned by his ability to anticipate new structuring opportunities and to identify challenges to be met in a changing industry.
Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (Dr. jur.) degree from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, providing his clients with a unique balance between the pragmatism of a business lawyer and the rigorous expertise of an academic.
