Employment Law: Time allocation for special leaves The draft bill n°7060 related to special leaves was voted by the Chamber of Deputies on 14 December 2017. The provisions aim to modernize the labor code and implement a better work-life balance. Therefore as from 1st January 2018, the duration of the below listed special leaves will be modified:

Therefore as from 1st January 2018, the duration of the below listed special leaves will be modified:
